When Will I Receive my Parts?

OttawaFurnaceFilters.ca understands that it is cold outside.

We understand that you have children, grandparents, or even customers who are waiting for their part(s) to be installed, so that you can have heat in your home or a customer can have heat in their home.
We understand this and appreciate how important it is for you to receive your part(s), as quickly as possible.
Our pledge to you, is that we will do all that we can to ensure that you receive your item(s), as quickly as possible.
However, please take into account the following:
First of all, OttawaFurnaceFilters.ca is only an online specialty HVAC Parts and Filter Store. This means that at the time being, we cannot accept walk in customers, to pick up their orders.
All items will be delivered to you by our own OttawaFurnaceFilters.ca delivery vehicle. In some cases your items could still be shipped through Canada Post. Normally it will take about 1 - 2 business days to deliver an item with our own delivery vehicle. Please note that in some cases it could take longer, as there could be an unforeseen circumstances that arise and this can cause your package to be delayed.
It should also be known that OttawaFurnaceFilters.ca is not a 24 hour emergency service company.
This mean that orders are delivered when they are ready and are not delivered based on who has been without heat for the longest time.
If you have ordered a part and it is being processed, you will in most cases not be permitted to cancel your order, as in most cases orders are processed quickly. This means that the item may already be on our delivery vehicle or in the hands of Canada Post.
If we have not processed your order or were able to stop the shipment from leaving, there will, in all accounts, be a penalty or cancellation fee added to your order, as costs have incurred.
We ask that you refrain from asking our staff to give you a specific date of when you will receive your item(s). Also, taking your frustration out on our staff will not be tolerated. We treat people with respect and honesty, and we expect the same courtesies from our customers. If a customer chooses to be disrespectful, this could cause us to pull the sale completely or to refuse future service with this particular customer.
