For Ottawa customers who are businesses, live downtown Ottawa, or are Condo D who are Businesses, live downtown Ottawa, condo dweller, or customers who have a difficult address to locate, please read below.

OttawaFurnaceFilters.ca operates out of Ottawa, Canada; this means that if you are located in the Ottawa area, it is very likely that your item will be delivered by one of our Technicians.
From feedback we have received from our Technicians, we have learned that delivering packages and parts to what is mentioned above, sometimes causes difficulty.

1) We have found that businesses who are ordering items to be delivered to them, are not including the business name. The business name that is on the building is something that will help us find your business.
Please provide us your business name if that is the location where we are delivered your box of filter or HVAC parts.

2) We have found that it is difficult to deliver downtown in Ottawa, especially if we have a lack of information provided to us by our customer.
If you live downtown or if your business is located downtown Ottawa, we are requesting the following information.
Please let us know if there is a specific place to park (i.e. the street to park on).

Please provide the name of the building (i.e. business name, condo name, or apartment name). Street numbers can be hard to see, but a building name is significantly easier to locate.

Please let us know if the entrance to your building is located on a different street than the address.
If you know that your address is difficult to find; if you have had problems in the past with previous deliveries to your home or business.

If you live in a condo building, please let us know where to park (i.e. if there is a delivery parking space).
We also ask that you tell us where to go and which entrance to use.
It is also recommended that the condo residents let us know when is a good time to deliver to their location, to avoid us delivering when you are not home.
If there are any other special instructions, that you think of, please contact us and let us know.

3) If you are located in a new area of Ottawa, your address may not show up on GPS; please notify us if your home is newer and provide us directions.
In the event that you do not follow these instructions, our delivery technician may be unable to deliver your item(s). In this situation, we will ship out your item(s), which will cause a delay in receipt of the item(s).

In order to provide us with the additional information, you can do this after your purchase by adding it to the Note section on the order form. You can also email us after your order, with the additional information to ottawafurnacefilters@hotmail.ca.
